First lessons was about -who we are - humans beings!
And at the beginning, I've been asked to write list of wishes I have and also of what I would like to change in myself (self esteem, relationships, health) and surrounding (family, life style, job or business).
In addition, it was recommended to make a short video (2-3 minutes). I see it as a video letter to myself that I will watch later - after I finish that course!
The intro lesson is about theories used in this method, how, for how long and why we do what we are going to do in some order and why it is so important do not skip classes and to do "homework" - it sounds familiar, isn't it? ))))
I really like this author for creating a technique that makes you involved on every step of the way to transform your life - it is not NLP or Hellinger Approach where trained teachers or coaches will do most of work for you - it works too but to create life long basic for happy life we have to understand ourselves and consciously live life WE CHOOSE!
I was really surprised to know how emotions effect our everyday's life .... Strong emotions can take over our intellect and make us to do something we will fell sorry for - but later.
So two other behavioral factors are our intellect and instincts.
My first real homework is to monitor my emotions within next few days and to record it in a chart ....
