Love

...Once upon a time  an inhabited island was on Earth where all spiritual values lived. But once they noticed as the island started to go under the water. All values sat on their ships and left. Only love remained on the island. She waited until the last moment, but when Love decided to swim away too to survive.
When Love was swimming by the Wealth’s ship and asked to be kept, but Wealth replied:
– There are a lot of jewels and gold on my ship, so there is no place for you here.
When Love was swimming by the Sadness’ ship she asked for help too, but she’s got only:
-I'm sorry, Love, I'm so sad I have to always stay alone.
Then, Love saw the Pride’s ship and asked it too, but the an answer was that Love would break the harmony on this ship.
Joy was passing by but it had such a fun, that couldn’t even hear the appeals from Love.
Love became desperate.
But all of a sudden she heard a voice, somewhere behind:
-Come with me Love, I will take you on my ship.
Love turned around and saw the old man. He gave her a ride to the land and, when the elder sailed away, Love realized she forgot to ask his name.
Then she turned to Knowledge:
– Please, tell me who saved me? Who was this man?
Knowledge looked at Love with a smile:
– It was Time.
-Time? – re-ask Love.- But why it saved me?
Knowledge looked at Love again then into the distance where elder sailed away:
-Because only Time knows how important Love is in the life.

Things you do

Consciousness goes through five stages in every job it does:

1. It defines objectives and principles.
2. It pictures the final result.
3. It does a brainstorm.
4. It organizes.
5. It defines what will follow.

The most experienced Planner in the world is your brain.
You can do a lot and everything depends only on you, your potential and your desire to achieve your goals.
Be persistent, committed and believe that you will succeed and I believe in it too:)

Fifth day - "Always forgive your enemies - nothing annoys them so much." - Oscar Wilde

"To forgive is to set a prisoner free and discover that the prisoner was you."
Louis B. Smedes

Yesterday I mentioned our bodies ability to collect negative energy that was caused by  not excepting real life the way it is, being angry, sad - after all- not happy!
But it is not the end of the world   - almost every religion teaches us to forgive, most of self-help books and techniques based of same principle.

And this is the big work I am going to do next few weeks, I hope I will not last months)))
In course I'm taking now I have to make a"Unfurled  Formula of Forgiveness". It means, on first phase, I need to write down about people I know or knew that still bother me. I need to forgive them for what I keep deep in my soul, I need to ask for forgiveness for what I know I did to them was wrong, I need to set energy I kept free, I will erase old negative memories  and then will make affirmations how I'm going to react on same or alike situations that can  appear in future.
I tried similar system last year  when I worked on self forgiveness, so ... I think  now I will work with my feelings I have with others ... Forgiveness technique can be applied not just to people, but to job you may not like, car you are disappointed with and etc.

"Forgiving does not erase the bitter past. A healed memory is not a deleted memory. Instead, forgiving what we cannot forget creates a new way to remember. We change the memory of our past into a hope for our future." - Louis B. Smedes

Third and Fourth days ;)

Hi there)))
Last two days I was reading about emotions a lot.
There are many theories to describe what it is a human emotion - from stoics of ancient Greece to Neurobiological theories.
Personally I like Cognitive theories. Some of them say that cognitive activity—in the form of judgments, evaluations, or thoughts—is necessary for an emotion to occur and cognitive activity may be conscious or unconscious and may or may not take the form of conceptual processing.
So emotion is a disturbance that occurs in the following order: 1.) Cognitive appraisal—The individual assesses the event cognitively, which cues the emotion. 2.) Physiological changes—The cognitive reaction starts biological changes such as increased heart rate or pituitary adrenal response. 3.) Action—The individual feels the emotion and chooses how to react.

I think now I have theoretical  base for my first two lessons I had.... because the main idea was that our emotions caused by comparison of our personal anticipations and a situation as we see it!

Therefor, if we expected less and got more - we are happy.
If our anticipations bigger then we can get there are two scenarios:
  • if we think we can change anything - our reaction will be anger (high energy stage - a warrior type of behavior)
  • if not - we become sad (low energy - depression).
So ... all our emotions come from our anticipations - is it that simple?
If you can’t change the situation, change how you feel about it.
It is easy talk about it ... but as I already wrote another day, once I started to monitor my emotions, my thoughts I act more conscience and I like it!

Bottom line is all our emotions cause energy blocks in our physical body. Than more blocks we have than more health issues and lack of inner positive energy...

Tomorrow next part - how to work with old blocks (emotions).

Second day

Good evening!)))
I continue to monitor my emotions ..... That is really funny because then I do it I become more calm!
The need to notice your own behavior makes you to use your intellect more)))
I still experience big emotional swings (mostly about me son - who knows me too good especially how to get attention from me) but I think I start to feel difference and I am able to choose between emotions and "cold" intellect.
I never thought about health issues as unused energy we accumulate at the time of rueful feelings!
It is good for some of us to have ability to expose these feelings by screaming or beating up a pillow but most people are trying not to disturb others ... so we keep all of it inside.

It is like a energy block here and there ... and it's depends how emotional AND polite we are ... somebody has less - somebody has more....

So ... I'm trying to be kind to myself - do not take everything TOO close and  LET   IT    GO    if I already did !
